This form is for persons interested in becoming a volunteer member of MAT+SAR Search and Rescue. MAT+SAR membership dues are $40 annually. Once you submit the form, the MAT+SAR Board of Directors will review your application. You are encouraged to attend the next monthly MAT+SAR membership meeting.
